As a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, Amanda Alvarez is a passionate and motivated leader who is dedicated to her profession. She joined Wells Fargo Bank in 2002 just a year after graduating High School. With 18 plus years in banking experience Amanda has found a passion for leadership and community outreach.
After 10 years of banking Amanda ventured in to business ownership. In 2012 she purchased a franchise (a women’s boutique) and began her first endeavor into the business world here in Henderson, Nevada. The business eventually closed their doors and Amanda returned to banking.
Aside from banking and entrepreneurship, Amanda is also involved in community work. She has served on a committee for Safe House of Henderson to help organize and raise money for the organization and currently is a board member with the Henderson Historical Society and a board member with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Giving back to her community is something Amanda has a big passion for. You will often see her out and volunteering with Wells Fargo and supporting many different nonprofit causes.
Amanda Alvarez was born and raised in Nevada. She obtained her High School Diploma in 2001 from Cheyenne HS. After graduation Amanda started her banking career in 2002.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, Enrique Alvarez, for 19 years. She has two children, her eldest son is currently attending Aviation Institute of Maintenance and youngest daughter is a recent high school graduate.
